Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
We ship our products across the UK via standard delivery service. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receiving it. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a shipping fee of £4.99 will apply.
Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.

Returns: If you wish to return your order for any reason, please contact us at Info@TheRumInfusionist.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. We will provide you with a returns address and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your order for a different flavour or product, please contact us at Info@TheRumInfusionist.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will provide you with a returns address and once we receive the returned item(s), we will dispatch the new item(s) to you. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Please ensure that any returned item(s) are unopened and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any opened items unless they are faulty or damaged. If you have any questions about our returns and exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
