Three honest reasons — no marketing fog.
Twenty kilos of cherries in a Rumaretto batch. Whole fruit cold-steeped for weeks — never syrups, never "natural flavourings".
Everything starts on our British rum — warmth and body underneath the fruit, where most flavoured spirits start from nothing.
Tom, Dad, Mum and George. Every bottle filled, corked, labelled and packed by hand — and it says so because it's true.
Every rum's page tells you exactly what it tastes like — meters, serves and real photos. Start from what you like:
“Order arrived and couldn't wait to try it. The flavours — amazing, neat or with a mixer. Definitely not a disappointment.”
Carl K. — verified buyer“What a breath of fresh air — massive flavours to start, a hit of blueberries, then the vanilla hits. Love it on ice or with cream soda.”
Woody S. — verified buyer“Very smooth and lovely with a mixer — one of my favourites!”
Tim S. — verified buyerWildflower honey and whole bird's eye chillies, infused into our British rum at 49% vol. Sweet, then hot, then sweet again.
The first of five Christmas limited releases. Rum & Raisin is next — three more still under wraps.
Sun-dried vine fruit and dark muscovado, infused into our British rum at 49% vol. Warm baked raisin up front, then a long toffee-and-oak finish.
The second of five Christmas limited releases. Three more still under wraps.
One batch of our Rhubarb & Custard drew almost black — the colour of a midnight sky. Same sharp forced rhubarb, same thick vanilla custard, bottled once at 37% vol.
Beetroot is used for colour only — it adds no flavour. We have tried to repeat the colour and cannot, so there will be no second run.
What started as a passion project in a garden shed is now a fully licensed Sussex distillery. We hand-infuse every batch of rum with real fruit — the same fruit that goes into our small-batch jams. Nothing wasted, everything bursting with flavour.
We’re the Conway family, and every bottle that leaves our distillery carries our name and our promise: genuine craft, no shortcuts, made with love.
