Its really not very nice got a plastic smell and taste so will be throwing it away cant give zero stars

I hope you’re well, I’ve just seen the review you left for the Blueberry & Vanilla Rum, and I’m really sorry to hear that was your experience.
What you’ve described, a plastic smell and taste — definitely doesn’t sound right to me. Blueberry & Vanilla should be smooth, fruity and rounded with the vanilla coming through, so I’d really like to look into this properly and get it sorted for you.
If you still have the bottle, please don’t throw it away just yet. I’d like to arrange for it to come back to us so we can investigate it from our side and check exactly what’s happened.
Once we’ve got that arranged, I’d be happy to either replace the bottle for you or sort another solution that works for you.
We’re a small family-run distillery, so feedback like this really matters to us. We’ve had so many incredible reviews about this rum, I’m sorry again that the bottle you received wasn’t right, but I’d really appreciate the chance to put it right for you.
