The Rum Infusionist
Five Cocktails. Zero Expertise Required.
Our small-batch infused rums are built to drink brilliantly. These are the recipes we make at home, pour at events, and serve to people who swear they don't like rum.
Rumaretto™ — Cherry & Almond Rum
The Rumaretto Sour
Cherry-forward, almond warmth, sharp citrus edge. Our most requested cocktail — the one that converts people who think they don't like rum.
If using egg white, dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds to build foam.
Add a generous scoop of ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold.
Double strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry or lemon twist. Serve immediately.

Rumoncello — Lemon Infused Rum
The Rum Spritz
The only spritz you'll want this summer. Brighter than an Aperol. More interesting than a Limoncello Spritz. The prosecco does all the work — you take the credit.
Fill a large wine glass to the brim with ice.
Pour in the Rumoncello and let it settle over the ice.
Top generously with chilled prosecco. Don't stir — let it blend naturally.
Add mint and a lemon wheel. Drink immediately — this one doesn't wait.

Rumoncello — Lemon Infused Rum
Summer Collins
Long, refreshing, dangerously drinkable. When it's warm and you want something that goes down too easily — this is the one.
Fill a tall glass to the top with ice.
Add the Rumoncello, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Top with soda water. One slow, gentle stir.
Lemon slice on the rim. Serve immediately.

Any TRI Infusion
Rum Old Fashioned
The classic, made extraordinary. Our infused rums carry this beautifully — especially Rumaretto, Spiced Orange, or Blueberry Vanilla. Stir slowly. Taste the difference.
Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass. Add bitters and a tiny splash of water.
Muddle until the sugar is fully dissolved — don't rush this.
Add the large ice cube and pour in the rum.
Stir slowly for 30 full seconds. This chills, dilutes and opens up the rum.
Express orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, drop it in.

Every TRI Infusion
Chilled Neat
Sometimes the best serve is no serve at all. Our rums are built to drink neat — especially chilled. This is how we drink them at home, and it's hard to improve on.
Put the bottle in the freezer 30 minutes before. Cold amplifies the infusion and smooths the alcohol — it's why Limoncello is always served this way.
Pour 50ml into a small, elegant glass. A chilled shot glass, coupe, or nick & nora all work.
Drink slowly. Pay attention to the flavour as it warms. That's the whole recipe.
