Shake, stir and sip your way through an evening at the distillery. You’ll make (and enjoy) two signature cocktails with step-by-step guidance, learn pro tips on ice, balance and garnishes, and get a peek behind the scenes of how we infuse our rums in Sussex. The full bar is open all night, with cheese & charcuterie boards available.

Good to know: 30 limited spaces, booking essential; ideal for friends, date night or team socials. Tell us about any dietary requirements when you book.
