This small-batch hot sauce blends sun-ripened peaches, juicy mangoes, and fresh garlic, all lifted with a splash of our signature Peach & Mango Infused Rum. The result? A tropical explosion of sweet fruit, rich savoury depth, and just the right kick of heat from jalapeño peppers.

 

Perfect for glazing chicken wings, drizzling over tacos, spicing up burgers, or adding a tropical twist to BBQ marinades and stir-fries. Each bottle is made and hand-poured by our family distillery using natural ingredients and real fruit.

How do you get the flavour into the rum?

We cold-steep whole fruit, spices and botanicals in our British white base rum for around 45 days, then hand-press and lightly filter. — Real cocoa nibs in Chocolate & Vanilla, real blueberries in Blueberry & Vanilla, Beautiful spices in our Winter Spiced Orange!
