Doors 18:00 • Quiz kicks off 19:30 – expect six lively rounds of music, movies, food & drink and (of course) rum-trivia, all fuelled by our full bar and a one-night-only cocktail list. Cheese & charcuterie boards available, prizes for the top teams and bonus pours for the best cocktail name.

Tables are limited – book ahead or roll the dice on walk-ins. See you under the copper stills for a night of big laughs, big flavours and even bigger bragging rights!

Shake, stir and sip your way through an evening at the distillery. You’ll make (and enjoy) two signature cocktails with step-by-step guidance, learn pro tips on ice, balance and garnishes, and get a peek behind the scenes of how we infuse our rums in Sussex. The full bar is open all night, with cheese & charcuterie boards available.

Saturday 30th August, 2025 - Put on your pork-pie hat, shine those dancing shoes and get ready for an evening of high-energy ska! We’re celebrating The Rumfather’s big day with live music, great company and—of course—plenty of Sussex-made rum.
