  • Choc Pistachio Espresso Rumtini — 50ml C&P Rum, 25ml espresso, 10ml sugar, shake
  • Pistachio Old Fashioned — 60ml C&P Rum, 1 tsp demerara, 2 dashes chocolate bitters, stir
  • Chocolate Highball — C&P Rum topped with soda/cola, crushed ice, orange zest

Pinch of salt + orange zest = chef’s kiss.

  • 25ml fresh espresso
  • 10ml sugar syrup
Steps
  1. Shake hard with ice 12–15s
  2. Fine strain into coupe
  3. Garnish coffee beans or shaved chocolate

  • 1 tsp demerara syrup
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
