How do you get the flavour into the rum?
We cold-steep whole fruit, spices and botanicals in our British white base rum for around 45 days, then hand-press and lightly filter. — Real cocoa nibs in Chocolate & Vanilla, real blueberries in Blueberry & Vanilla, Beautiful spices in our Winter Spiced Orange!

Definitely!
Mix our Peach & Mango Jam and Rum into a cheesecake.
- Splash 50 ml of Salted Caramel into brownie batter.
- Flambé bananas with Pineapple & Coconut, or fold a tablespoon of Deep Sour Cherry into whipped cream for Black-Forest vibes.
