Perfect as a fiery glaze for chicken or prawns, a punchy addition to a cheese board, or spooned into a cocktail for a spicy-sweet twist – this jam is versatile, vibrant, and absolutely packed with flavour.


Made by hand at our Sussex distillery in small batches, using only real fruit and natural ingredients. No artificial flavours, no shortcuts – just proper jam, with a spirited twist.
