Made in Sussex by The Rum Infusionist, this jam is crafted using the very same black cherries we infuse into our signature Rumaretto (a cherry & almond infused rum). Once the cherries have soaked up all that rich rum and almond flavour, we give them a second life by blending them with fiery jalapeños, a touch of red wine vinegar, and sugar. The result? A unique rum jam that’s sweet, tangy, and finished with a warming kick of spice.
