Choc Pistachio Espresso Rumtini — 50ml C&P Rum, 25ml espresso, 10ml sugar, shake
Pistachio Old Fashioned — 60ml C&P Rum, 1 tsp demerara, 2 dashes chocolate bitters, stir
Chocolate Highball — C&P Rum topped with soda/cola, crushed ice, orange zest

Pinch of salt + orange zest = chef’s kiss.
